Question 1

Do I need experience to get started?

Accepted Answer

None. The programme is built for people starting from scratch. You'll learn everything step by step, from building your store to scaling with ads.

Question 2

How long until I see results?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your commitment. We have students who made €10,000 in their first month. This is a real business, not a scheme. Put in the hours, follow the system, and you'll see results.

Question 3

What's the difference between the Course and the Mentorship?

Accepted Answer

The course gives you all the knowledge: recorded lessons, strategies and everything you need to build and scale. The mentorship gives you all that plus one-to-one support: weekly calls, tracked metrics and access to a community of students already making sales.

Question 4

Does Gonçalo make his living selling courses?

Accepted Answer

No. Gonçalo makes his living from his e-commerce stores, which do 6 figures a month across 8 different markets. Winners Academy exists to help people start with a real system, not theory.

Question 5

How does support work in the mentorship?

Accepted Answer

You get a dedicated coach with weekly calls. Your metrics are tracked daily on the platform. You have a direct chat with the team. You're never on your own.

Question 6

Can I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, no strings attached.

Question 7

Do I need a lot of money to start?

Accepted Answer

You don't need thousands. We teach you to start with as little as possible and reinvest your profits. What matters is the system and the discipline, not your starting capital.

Question 8

Why Winners Academy and not another programme?

Accepted Answer

Because it isn't theory. It's the exact system Gonçalo uses every day to run his stores. You get access to the team, the community and real support — not a PDF and a Telegram group.
